Your child used offensive language against another player based on their gender, race, or religion. Explain to them that these insults are offensive.
Ask them why they use this language? Is it because they feel frustration, or as a joke? Teach your child that these insults are considered discrimination and affect the gamer who was targeted, they can feel uncomfortable and scared.
Advise your child to stop using those comments and remind them that they can be banned from the game.
